Each session lasts four weeks, with one weekly in-person class and an optional Zoom catch-up to support your learning. The final week focuses on recording your reel, and you’ll have the opportunity to view and learn from the work of your fellow students. All recorded videos will be shared with the class.

Level 1: Foundation (Beginner)

Focus: Introduction to basic movements and expressions.

  • Key Elements:
    • Posture, Steps, Gestures, Rhythm, Expressions
  • Goal: Build confidence and coordination while introducing storytelling through gestures.

Level 2: Exploration (Intermediate)

Focus: Developing fluency in movement and rhythm.

  • Key Elements:
    • Technique, Choreography, Expressions
  • Goal: Create a seamless flow between rhythm, expression, and storytelling.

Level 3: Proficiency (Advanced)

Focus: Refining skills and adding artistic depth.

  • Key Elements:
    • Complex Choreography, Storytelling, Creativity
  • Goal: Achieve technical excellence and emotional depth in performances. Stage presence.
